The ISO 14001:2026 EMS Practitioner certification demonstrates that you have the knowledge and competence to support an organization in implementing, maintaining, and improving an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2026.
As a certified EMS Practitioner, you can actively contribute to the design and implementation of an environmental management system, the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts, the determination of compliance obligations, and the planning and execution of actions to improve environmental performance.
To earn this credential, you must pass an online exam covering the requirements of ISO 14001:2026 across all clauses of the standard — from context of the organization and leadership, through planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement. The exam tests applied knowledge, not just definitions.

About the exam
The ISO 14001:2026 Environmental Management System Practitioner Exam consists of 32 questions that you should answer in maximum 50 minutes. The minimum percentage of correct answers is 65%.
The exam is delivered entirely online — no scheduling, no travel, no fixed sessions. You take it when you feel ready, from anywhere in the world.
Your first retake is free of charge. Subsequent retakes are available at a 60% discount on the certification price.
