Yes. When you make the payment, you will be asked for billing details. You can select Personal of Company billing details.

Generally, you can ask for a refund no later than 30 days from your purchase. You cannot ask for a refund if you have started or taken an exam (regardless of whether you have passed or not).



We use for the certificate the name that you provide through your account. If you have valid reason to ask for a change to the name on the certificate then please get in touch with us on by opening a ticket.

No, we do not issue hard copies of the certificates. You can download your certificate from your account and you can print it.

Anybody can check a certification by scanning the QR code on the certificate or by introducing the certificate number on the Verify a certificate page on

Yes, you can retake the exam. You are not required to wait for a specific period of time before attempting again. The first retake is free. Subsequent retakes have a 60% discount on the current price of the certification in question.

Our commitment is to review your test results in maximum 10 days. Your results are verified by one of our reviewers, it is not an automated process. Normally you should get your results sooner.

Yes. You must have an account and you will manage all your certifications from your account.
