Yes. When you make the payment, you will be asked for billing details. You can select either personal or company billing details. However, if you have any issues with the invoice get in touch with us by email or by opening a ticket.
Generally, you can ask for a refund no later than 30 days from your purchase. You cannot ask for a refund if you have started or taken an exam (regardless of whether you have passed or not).

No, we do not issue hard copies of the certificates. You can download your certificate from your account and you can print it.

No, it’s not mandatory. You can take the exam without going through our training materials.
Once you purchase a certification, the exam becomes available in your account immediately. You can take it right away—there’s no waiting period. While you have the option to complete our training or use the handbook for study, this is not required to attempt the exam. If you feel ready, you can take the exam whenever you want.

Anybody can check a certification by scanning the QR code on the certificate or by introducing the certificate number on the Verify a certificate page on rigcert.education.
Yes, you can retake the exam. You are not required to wait for a specific period before attempting again. The first retake is free. Subsequent retakes have a 60% discount on the current price of the certification in question.
We usually review exam results within one or two days, and you will receive the results via email. In exceptional circumstances, the process may take longer, but not more than five working days.
Yes. You must have an account and you will manage all your certifications from your account.
We cannot guarantee recognition for the certificates as they can be used in various circumstances. However, a certificate is evidence of your knowledge in the subject matter and should be recognized by any third party.
The certificates do not have an expiration date. However, you should consider updating your certification if the standard it refers to has been revised.
